Shaw Contract Design Awards 2023

Three's innovative HQ in Reading has clinched the title of Best of Region in the prestigious Shaw Contract EMEA 2023 Contract Design Awards.

Out of an impressive 650 entries, this project stood out as one of just two recognised in the UK!

This transformative scheme seamlessly merged two offices, uniting 1,800 people and marking a significant stride toward fostering a truly inclusive workplace for the future. The space is not just an office; it's a unique haven, embodying a 'home from home' atmosphere.

Diversity, inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing took center stage in the design process, resulting in a workplace that goes beyond mere functionality. Sensible workstations blend seamlessly with areas designed for relaxation and informal conversations.
