At The Commercial Flooring Company, our journey began in 2011, when our Founder and Managing Director, Nathan Ware, embarked on a mission to redefine the flooring industry.
With a background steeped in experience and a vision for innovation, he established a company dedicated to quality and client satisfaction.
Our first office
From humble beginnings
In the early days, our team consisted of Nathan and his unwavering passion. It wasn't long before our Regional Director, Kean Folley, joined the ranks, marking a turning point in our growth. Over the years, our family has expanded to include 46 dedicated professionals, bolstered by a network of 100 skilled subcontractors.

Nestled in the quaint village of Potters Marston in Leicestershire, our office is situated within the historic Dovecote Court. From The Bakery to The Dairy, these hallowed halls have witnessed our evolution.
