Three

Three’s new HQ office in Reading has been voted Best of Region in Shaw’s 2023 Contract Design Awards. The project merged two offices, bringing 1,800 people together and it was the first step towards a truly inclusive workplace for the future.

The space is unique, inviting and offers a ‘home from home’ environment. It provides sensible working stations and spaces where staff can relax and hold informal conversations. Diversity, inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing played a huge part in the design process.
